  9.     WARNING:  This is a sketch of new features available in TotalView 
  10. ST.  I may have intentionally and unintentionally not mentioned 
  11. features already incorporated.  Also, THIS MAY BE THE LAST RELEASE OF

  23. Changes in version 1.5:

  25. >    First of all, TotalView ST 1.5 and all previous versions are now 
  26. shareware.
  27.  
  28. >    Installable programs.  Allows users to run programs to display or 
  29. whatever, using a selected file as a parameter.  This feature also 
  30. allows extraction of compressed files.

  32. >    Hexadecimal display.  Press '$' to toggle between HEX and ASCII 
  33. display.
  34.  
  35. >    Mark areas.  Press '[' to indicate start of area and ']' to 
  36. indicate end of area.
  37.  
  38. >    Save to disk/print to printer/modem.  All commands rolled up in 
  39. one.  Started by pressing 'P'.

  41. >    Repeat last command.  Press '!'
  42.  
  43. >    Relative movement.    Press '+' and a number to move down specified 
  44. number of lines.  Pressing '-' does the opposite.
  45.  
  46. >    Saveable search strings.  The last search string can be stored in 
  47. the top row of number keys (0-9) by holding down SHIFT,CONTROL and a 
  48. number.  To search for the string, press CONTROL and the number.

  50. >    Function keys are set to percentages from 10%-100%, by byte.

  52. >    Justification toggle.  Right justification can be turned off by 
  53. pressing 'j'.

  55. If everything works out fine, I will work on version 2, which will 
  56. use a completely different printing method and a whole bunch of new 
  57. surprises!
